Denizatı Petrokimya Ürün. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. was founded in 1996 by A. Şafak AKMİL. Our company started its production facilities in its plants on a closed area of 2,500 square meters completed in 2001 and had an expansion on an additional closed area of 5,200 square meters in 2006.

It provides services for anti-freezes, car care products and also for production and storage of lubricants. Our products are launched in the market under our registered brand mark of Seahorse and our brand mark is considered as the symbol of "trust and stability" in the market.

Our plants which attained a total production capacity of 40,000 tons/year in 2005 have a filling capacity of app. 120,000 tons/year owing to the new investment of 80,000 tons/year.

We have currently been employing a staff of 56 qualified persons - 12 Sales Experts, 34 Production Employees and 10 Administrative Employees.

Our company working with its own fleet of vehicles for its domestic sales particularly in the Marmara and Aegean regions aims at meeting requests and requirements of our clients instantly this way.

Our company which has, so far, grown up by doubling sales since its foundation has recently directed at the exports and increased its sales accordingly. It has performed its exporting business within a diverse range of more than 20 countries from Middle East to Africa, including mostly neighbouring countries.

Our firm which obtained a Licence for Lubricants from the Energy Market Regulatory Authority in 2005 established better relations of exports upon attempts of imports, and now utilizes such a power on the competition thanks to a total fleet of tanks of 6,000 tons it has hired in Gebze.

We have made cooperative works on the raw materials and additives utilized in our products with the world-renowned companies and used formulations which enable our customers to obtain the maximum efficiency through our products.

Our company which proved our works with the ISO 9001:2000 Quality System Certificate, which we were granted from the Turkish Standards Institution, has once highlighted the importance it focuses on the quality by also getting the relevant Certificates of Conformity in the Turkish Standards for our products.

Our company took a long way in a short time. However this is, naturally, insufficient. In the following process, we aim at making efforts in order to increase our market share in the domestic market and strengthening our brand mark of Seahorse used with satisfaction abroad as well.
